Excitement is in the air as the Humewood Teacher Experience Raffle is here!
What is a Teacher Experience? Many faculty members are offering students a glimpse into the teacher life or a fun small-group experience.
Raffle tickets are being sold during the lunch break for $1, and will be available until February 28. Winner will be randomly drawn and announced on Friday, March 1 … the same day as the Snow Ball.
In fact, these teacher experiences are typically auctioned off at the Snow Ball fundraiser but this year we wanted to make sure the students enjoyed the fun and excitement! So remember, you won’t find these at the Snow Ball.
Teacher experiences available include:
- Principal for a Day
- Vice-Principal for a Day
- Gym Teacher for a Day
- Librarian for a Half Day
- One-on-one Music Lesson with Mr. Polak (for grade 3+)
- Grade 3 Teacher for a Half Day with Mme. Dyson
- Kindergarten Teacher for a Day with Mme. Riggs
- Kindergarten Teacher for a Day with Ms. Rodrigues
- Pizza Lunch with Mme. Riehle
- Make Mini Toys with Mme. Z
- Movie and Popcorn with Ms. Robinson
- Join a Cheerleading Team Practice with Mme. Rodriguez
