Parents, school staff, and community members, join us June 6th for a peaceful walk-in.

Schools across the province will be having walk-in’s on this day.

Our presence and voices as parents and community members are critical and powerful.

  • Let’s come together to demonstrate our support for education.
  • Let’s stand united in our fight against education budget cuts.
  • Let’s ensure we can ALL do more good at Humewood.

When:  June 6th, 8:15am

Where: Humewood Community School, on the sidewalk outside school on Humewood + Cherrywood

A Humewood T-Shirt for EVERY Kid!SpiritWear2019_widget

Let’s celebrate the warmer weather and show our Humewood pride! At events … in the community … at school … on the field.

Support this initiative by paying what you can, if you can.Your contributions will help to offset the cost of shirts. Visit the Humewood Online Store to make a contribution today.

The suggested price is $5 per shirt but if you have more than one kid at Humewood, or are able to contribute more to support this initiative, please increase the “Quantity” of shirts in your order.

Shirts will be distributed to ALL kids regardless of who how many contributions we receive. The shirts are being ordered in a range of sizes and will be distributed at school.

Humewood is going to the Jays Game!

Ticket Sales are now open

We had a crowd of 550 at this amazing event last year….come out and join your fellow Humewood families for another great night at the ballpark!!

Once again, the Humewood Grade 4-8 and 3-8 choirs can participate in singing the anthem!

Wednesday May 8th, 7:07pm vs.Minnesota Twins

$20 per ticket (500 level)

Tickets can be ordered in the Humewood Online Store or pick up an order form in the office.

Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis, while supplies last.

Tickets will be delivered via your students’ classroom the week of the game.
